Note: Essential Oils and water do not mix. Therefore, there is a risk of skin irritation. Undiluted droplets of the Essential Oil can attach to the skin, sometimes in sensitive areas. We recommend first mixing the essential oils with Solubilizer. Solubilizer is an all-natural solution to dispersing Essential Oils in water. Blend your Solubilizer & Oils in a plastic bowl

1. Run your bath water to a comfortable temperature. While filling the bathtub, you may want to add Epsom Salt or Dead Sea Salt for extra benefits: ¼ cup to ½ cup. Add to running water so that the salt can dissolve.

2. When the bathtub is filled, add your Essential Oil & Solubilizer mixture to the bathwater. Swirl the water. Carefully get into the bathtub. It may be slippery.
